How Can I Refer A Child To Children First?

Parents are welcome to refer their child to Children First by calling the centre at 519-250-1850. You do not need a physician’s referral.

What can I expect when I call to make a referral?

A member of our intake staff will talk to you about your concerns and gather some information about your child and family. We will then schedule a time with you for an initial consultation. This may happen at your home or at our office.

Child care centres, other community service providers, or physicians may also refer a child to our program by calling 519-250-1850  or you may complete the electronic referral form below.

We will always contact the parent or guardian to ensure that they are in agreement with the referral before we accept the referral.
