FRIENDS Resilience – November 8 to November 29, 2025

Fun Friends & Adult Resilience: This group runs for 4 weeks on Saturdays, starting November 8 to November 29, 2025, from 9AM-12PM. One child and one caregiver will be required to attend. Please note that this group will be held at Connections Early Years Family Centre – 795 Giles Blvd E., Windsor.  

Concurrent groups for both children and their caregivers to support and decrease worry, emotional distress and provide coping skills necessary to rise to and overcome life’s challenges, in any stage of life. Fun FRIENDS curriculum developed to build the social and emotional skills of children between 4 and 6-years-old using fun, play-based activities. By learning resilience skills early, children can increase their confidence and nurture positive relationships with their family members and peers.
