FRIENDS Resilience – March 24, 2026 to May 13, 2026

Fun Friends & Adult Resilience: This group runs for 8 weeks on Tuesdays, starting March 24, 2026 to May 13, 2026 from 6PM-7:30PM. One child and one caregiver will be required to attend. In addition to the 8 weeks, the caregiver and child will be invited to join a 1-time, 30 minute orientation session prior to the group start date.

Concurrent groups for both children and their caregivers to support and decrease worry, emotional distress and provide coping skills necessary to rise to and overcome life’s challenges, in any stage of life. Fun FRIENDS curriculum developed to build the social and emotional skills of children between 4 and 6-years-old using fun, play-based activities. By learning resilience skills early, children can increase their confidence and nurture positive relationships with their family members and peers.
