FRIENDS Resilience – July 16, 2026 to August 6, 2026 (4-weeks, Thursdays)

Fun Friends & Adult Resilience: This group runs for 4 weeks on Thursdays, starting July 16, 2026 to August 6, 2026, from 9AM-12PM. One child and one caregiver will be required to attend. In addition to the 4 weeks, the caregiver and child will be invited to join a 1-time, 30 minute orientation session prior to the group start date.

Please note that this group will be held at Frank W. Begley Public School – 1093 Assumption Street, Windsor.   

Concurrent groups for both children and their caregivers to support and decrease worry, emotional distress and provide coping skills necessary to rise to and overcome life’s challenges, in any stage of life. Fun FRIENDS curriculum developed to build the social and emotional skills of children between 4 and 6-years-old using fun, play-based activities. By learning resilience skills early, children can increase their confidence and nurture positive relationships with their family members and peers.
